Development Components

The upscale architectural design of the Imperial Pointe community will feature a mixture of French and Spanish influence with neoclassical columns, iron balconies, intimate court yards and lush landscaping.

The buildings will range from one to eight stories with a mixture of brick or stucco exteriors. Critical attention will be given to architectural details and landscaping to create a uniquely designed community for visitors and residents to enjoy.

The 80,000 square foot facility will include a comprehensive fitness center, medical spa and a wide range of rehab services for individuals recovering from injury or surgery. The facility will provide services for cardiovascular rehabilitation, physical therapy, medically supervised weight loss counseling, nutrition training and much more.



Our class “A” medical office building will include 100,000 square feet adjoins the hospital. The building will be occupied by the many doctors who service the local community and work out of the hospital and surgery center located on the campus. A special focus will be on healthy aging and geriatrics for the older adults living in the continuing care retirement community in Imperial Pointe.

The campus will include a 12,500 square retail center located on Nelson Road that will occupied by a gourmet grocery store, boutiques, restaurants and other retail outlets and service providers.



Designed for upscale professionals and empty nesters, apartment living at Imperial Pointe offers the ultimate in urban living. The first floor of the complex will encompass 17,500 square feet of office/retail space. The next four floors will feature 225 apartments, and will wrap around a five-story parking garage. Residents will enjoy gated parking, a private club house, pool, gym and business center. Our high-end apartments will feature 10” ceilings, trey ceilings, security systems, solid surface counter tops, upgraded cabinets and trim, hardwood and tile floors, ceiling fans and stainless steel appliances.

This age restricted community (55 and older) will have 52 single family homes and 15 town homes. Residents in this neighborhood will have full access to the amenities and services provided at the independent and assisted living communities. This includes home health care, meals, transportation, amenities, activities, clubs, medication supervision and more.


This community will be age restricted for residents 62 and older. It will feature a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a restaurant (with a chef), club house, cabana area, fitness center, business center, coffee shop, tenant vegetable and flower gardens, transportation and 24-hour security. Organized activities that promote a healthy lifestyle will be offered, including nutrition/cooking classes, fitness classes and other social events and activities. All 208 units will have upgraded finishes with 10” ceilings, trey ceilings, personal security systems, solid surface counter tops, upgraded cabinets and trim, hardwood floors, ceiling fans and stainless steel appliances.

This community will have two separate populations with 87 assisted living units (which includes an additional 15 rehab units) and 40 memory care units. It will feature a restaurant (with a chef), beauty salon, movie theater, chapel, library, business center, and indoor and outdoor activity areas offering regularly scheduled activities and exercise classes. Transportation will be provided for medical appointments and shopping. The community will be equipped with the latest technology so the residents can visit (via Skype) with their doctor, friends and family on a daily basis.
